Last time I walked by One Bloor - they were destroying the dirt ramp.

I think they hit the lowest parking floor now, so concrete and foundation should be starting shortly.

no, they still have a while to go. they are moving the dirt ramp over, so they can pile & dig out the old ramp. One bloor will have 6 or 7 levels of parking, and I think they are currently at 5.

I'm quite pleased however, calling it super premium cladding is a tad overblown don't you think? What you're also impyling is hardly fair to either Four Seasons or Shangri-la.

though they pulled through with the cladding, I am still worried that they will cheapen out on us for the swiss-cheese top.
