Paris in November

November is hardly the best time of year to be in Paris. Yet the opportunity presented itself and we obviously took it. And it was great.

It would be amazing to have the opportunity to live there for a year or two and experience the day to day life of Parisians. Thanks for posting the great photos!

I was lucky enough to live in Paris for two months during the summer of 2005. It is an interesting time of the year too because a lot of Parisians go on vacation in July-August. I also lived in Lyon for a few years so I was able to visit a bunch of times back then. Definitely a top notch city. To be honest those ten days we spent there in November kind of got me wondering what it would be like to live there for a longer period of time. My gf spent a full year there and absolutely loved it. I would say go for it if you get a chance to!

I saw the picture before the name of the poster.
So when I watched the pictures I through "wow the photos show touristy place but without being the usual postcard touristy pics".
Then I saw the name of the poster "big T" and I understood why.

Nice work.

Great pics and seems like you were lucky with the weather.
The last time I was in Paris in november it was raining non-stop for three days and we were constantly wet.

I liked the way you presented the photos, made for enjoyable viewing.

Thanks everyone!

Alemaria, yeah we had a couple of nice days, but otherwise the weather was quite gray (which is actually the reason for the b&w shots). We did do quite well considering it was November, though.

Merci Minato! that was a really nice thing to say
