Over, in and around Vancouver.

Spent a great couple of days in Vancouver this weekend, flew on Friday from Nanaimo's beautiful downtown harbour, into Vancouver, the sun was out and the flight was smooth. The pictures are not the best, but considering the windows state of health, they are what they are.

As we approached, it appeared I had chosen the correct side of the plane to sit on.

A couple from the loading dock.

My corner suite at the Sylvia Hotel.

Left turn signal.

Came back to the Island today via BC Ferries in less than stellar weather.

I've always thought that the yellow/green apartment building in the following pic is the ugliest colour combo in Metro Vancouver!

That's a weird place - nobody lives there. It's basically been overtaken by birds and left to decay. Perfect for horror movies I'd say.

Looks like its just south of Passage Island in West Van.
