I like it, but not so much the unaligned balconies, which remind me of the Cantlie hotel on Sherbrooke (I always mentally shuffle the misaligned balconies for harmony).

Look at that wasted opportunity on M9 phase 1. Its roof is completely barren, I reckon It'd be a perfect place to build a roof-top terrasse or green roof. I wish developers had a more refined vision when it comes to roof space utilization.

I agree. Unused rooftops are wasted ressources. Hopefully, it will be possible to do shomething with thoses in the future.
M9 Phase 4 will be absolutely incredible. I'm kind of lukewarm on phase 3 though.
Same here. There is a model of the project at Dev McGill. Phase 4 is the focal point of the whole project. It'll help urbanize what will become Blvd Université or Bonaventure.
