Very nice! It'll instantly be the nicest building on King Edward.

The bar is not exactly high on King Edward. Looks like a great proposal. Really interested to see some more drawings especially how the courtyard is going to work.

I agree with you about the bar not being set very high on King Edward. It just seems to be a through way for traffic and nothing more. I am really impressed by this building though, and really look forward to seeing more detailed drawings in the future.
