So with the 150 units of the viu one block away that makes 240 more units in 2013 in that sector which makes it one of the densiest in Gatineau. I find that the sector is really lacking in commercial offer (next to nothing) considering the market.

I believe they don't have enough underground parking so the space will be mostly for parking.

I thought they were building a parking garage on the lot next to this building, but it looks like they are building another phase of this building. They are already up to the 4th or 5th floor. The 10 storey building is topped out.

Edit - it is another phase.. 250 Maisonneuve (on the right).

and I thought it was an elevated parking lot!!!

At the end of the day, I think the second building adds to the overall look of the project.
