When is construction slated to commence? This was released about 2 years ago.

According to insidetoronto, the developers got the nod from city council on building Emerald Park, but on the condition that Bazis International (the developer) would donate more funds to the city's art programs and renovations on areas close to the site.

The site has been fenced off, and construction is about to start, this one will need to change over to site prep.

Thank god. Those are awful. The real render for Emerald Park is 100 times nicer.

I had no idea about the retail component! Looks nice! Hopefully it'll be attached to Hullmark Center/TTC underground in the near future.
