Peoria has a housing stock, particularly up on the bluff, that would surprise most folks on here. You sort of captured these from afar. I'm in town on business about twice a year, next time I go I'll try to grabs some photos. Thanks for sharing these.
FYI....Outsiders are welcome to say whatever YOU will about Peoria! ' Bricks and Mortar ' or other vanities may be more appealing to, many, big-city people than civic welfare (ex: education, health, public safety, etc.) and maintaining a sense of humility.
