Today... it's almost higher than the residential building just to the north. I's say it's roughly 1/3 complete?

Putting distance between itself & its neighbor now... I can't imagine the facade is too far behind... given it's ~30 stories tall at this point.

I look forward to 237 W54th rising... not because it's pretty (ew, the design is heinous), but because it'll cover up the nasty backside of 1715 Broadway. It's a shame the 4-story building in between 237 & 250 W55th couldn't have been incorporated into the plot...

I love this pair of buildings!


Anyway, the DOB says this building will be 753 feet tall, but it also says One57 is 953 feet tall (highest occupied floor).

I'm guessing there's a chance this could break 800 feet?
