This photo was taken from the front door of Flashdancers. (I used to work across the street at 1675 Broadway.) FYI, David Letterman's office is on the top floor corner with the sky reflected in the window.

Yeah. Thread for 250 W 55th.

There's a third project a hotel that'll go in between those two that's at about street level, not sure if there's a thread though.
