Ottawa St Bridge

So I've been thinking about the lack of accessibility to the airport (particularly for reasonable transit routes) and the potential of Breslau once the GO line is running, and I keep coming back to thinking that a new river crossing at Ottawa, combined with an extension to connect with Township Rd 30 as a northern parallel to the Kossuth Bridge makes a lot of sense for development purposes, the road network and transit.

Discuss.

I thought that they were building the Fairway Street Bridge to help with this. I know they did it to get another connection to Cambridge and to Guelph but potentially could be used to get to the airport right?

Once the Fairway Street Bridge is built there won't be money for another bridge in the budget I don't think.
