actually, i think phoenix would still only have 4 30+ story towers. correct me if im wrong here but only 30+ towers anywhere in arizona are: sheraton, chase, monroe, and us bank building.
if mid-town and downtown merged, however, i do think we'd have a decent vancouver-esque skyline with nice density.
