Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): These pylons are used for crossing Danube river of 750 kV-powerline from the South Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant to Isaccea substation
in a 938 metres long span. It is part of the three only 750 kV-lines leaving the area of former Soviet Union.
The powerline is since the synchronisation of the power grid of Romania with the power grids of other countries of European Union, which took place in 2003 unused. The powerline
is today not workable any more as it is in most of its length, running through Moldova and Ukraine scrapped.
Nevertheless it is planned to rebuild it and use it over an HVDC back-to-back station.

Note: One tower is in Romania, the other in Ukraine.
