Wyoming, Montana and Arizona.

Yes that is right the Phoenix MSA=CSA.

Idaho has a CSA but it doesn't include Boise.

South Dakota has one due to Omaha.

Texas has the most with 8

And actually Hawaii and Alaska got none also.

So I guess it is 5.
