From what I saw, nothing was going on. If you look at the 2nd picture I posted, you can see where the two sites seperate. There was nothing going on at the Bremner Tower portion.

Well they can't just leave a big hole. They have to build to grade even if they want to cap at ground level.

Application files by developer makes it appear likely the Bremner Tower attached to the hotel might be capped at ground level.

Some news coming on Bremner tower, lead tenant likely to be announced soon, meaning the project will be moving forward.

Look for official announcement soon, provided the deal is finalized.
