ahhh... okay, yeah, it should be only a little while before foundations are poured since there is a crane on site already.

Moving very slowly. But at least they have finished the first of the underground floors.

^ Not quite yet. The northwest corner still looks like there's dirt showing.

I think SITE PREP can be removed from the thread title...

^ I was just thinking the same thing. "SITE PREP" changed to "U/C"

Obviously it's not a high quality condo (I mean it's Tridel..what do you expect) but it looks a million times better than the eyesore transformer next door. I hope that hideous beast will be demolished in my lifetime.

I also agree that Tridel builds some ugly-mediocre looking condos but they do build quality homes/condos. Tridel homes are reputable and always rank high in terms of interior quality. They also generally appreciate in value higher than their competitors. If I were to switch off my architecture/urban personality and invest in a condo, I would choose Tridel.

My friend has a Tridel Condo "the Verve", she is always complaining about the property. To me her condo and the building look nice, don't know where the problems lie, the parking lot and basement levels are prone to flooding though.

I don't know about the rest of the tower, but that is going to be one amazing infinity pool.

Maybe we need to make a topic for the "best views from a pool"

Unfortunatly I think the pool is on the roof of the podium level of the tower.
