Maybe move it underground, perhaps?

This is Tridels big day - big press conference on what could be the biggest condo tower of this boom - 75 floors - 816 feet/249 meters.

300 Front is now the downtown test for Tridel's Quality downtown.

While I like the new design I still wish this one kept its original height - 650ft. At 500ft it'll barely be noticeable in 5 years.

That looks like a really small footprint for a building that's going to be that tall...However, I would assume it will go skywards quickly though...
