The first sign in downtown Phoenix’s new Legends Entertainment District went up quietly this past weekend. Judd Norris, the district’s general manager, said the sign was a test-run as part of the district’s efforts that will ramp up before Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game takes place at Chase Field on July 12.
I think the fact this was self-admittedly "one of the best ideas [Cavazos] had all year" says something about the thought leadership and urban planning knowledge we have over in City Hall.
I thought you had seen those, John. I am curious though, are the black bands running in the middle of the two panels (below the top panels)...are they a scroll or speakers or what?
Grrrrrrr. So what are LED signs then? I thought 3 or 4 of these things were to be LED. Does that mean moving picture signs or signs that are posters lit with white LED light?
