Question Calgary Regional Commuter Train?

With Calgary getting $800 million for regional transit, & commuter trains to Cochrane, Airdrie, High river, & (maybe) Chestermere, Strathmore, included as part of the funding for the long-ish term (Maybe 7 years), I thought I would ask what everyone else thinks about it?

Estimated yearly revenue: $214 million.
Estimated Cost: $500 million.
Would utilize existing Canadian Pacific tracks.
