The first phase of this project was X Condos, which were completed recently. That tower was 44 floors reaching a height of 138 meters. This project is across the street, at the far southeastern corner of Yorkville, abutting Rosedale and St. Jamestown.

Oh my! The density in this area is going to be illest!! Look out CDB/Yorkville!
And by gosh I'll soon be able to afford X myself.
win win win

I'd love to see a sleek mini PATH in this area just like the one under TD towers.

Oh really?

Ok, we need to talk. I am the advertising master so you're gonna have to tell me everything you're up too. I tried setting up my own SEO sales company before, but my skills were to in demand so I ended up with a J.O.B. but still if I had the time, I would try and set something up on the side with an SEO Business. - But at the moment "apps" are where it's at. Selling a business it's own "APP" for the same price as an SEO program is a bit of an easier sell, at least as far as I am concerned.

Looks like Excavation will be completed in another 2 months here. Site looks fairly large considering it will only be one tower.
