Last month I had the opportunity to travel to Germany for work. I spent one free day in Heidelberg and the photos can be found here. After a fabulous day there, I traveled by train down to Stuttgart for work. I'll start off my photos with Sindelfingen, a nearby suburb on one of the S-Bahn lines from central Stuttgart.
Arriving at Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main train station)
Heading down to the S-Bahn platform
Line 1 of the Stuttgart S-Bahn arriving
On the S-Bahn heading out to Sindelfingen
Walking to my hotel in Sindelfingen
Walking to the downtown area of Sindelfingen
Arriving in central market area of Sindelfingen
Unfortunately when I arrived in downtown Stuttgart, the battery in my camera was dead. I'm not sure why since I had it in the charger the night before. So all of my photos in Stuttgart were taken with my cell phone camera.
Walking out of the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main train station)
The beautiful old Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof
A U-Bahn station in central Stuttgart
Out drinking beer at one of the many biergartens
And so ends my great work trip to Germany. Hopefully I'll be able to head back again later this year.
