Houston Concept

Hello, my name is Elliott and I am a high school student who lives in Houston! Living in Houston my whole life I have not seen really any skyline changes to Houston (a bit sad) except for a few towers on the south side and near the Discovery Green. What I noticed is that Houston is struggling to keep business in downtown due to sprawl of the suburbs, which businesses like Exxon are moving outside to Spring, TX.

In the coming days I will show you all progress of buildings that I propose to Downtown! Hope ya'll will like my proposals and please feel free to comment!

The first tower I propose is the The Houstonian Tower (The faces on the building are suppose to be smooth, I am not too great on Sketch-up)

This tower is a sleek and tall contemporary concept design for downtown. I designed the tower so it could be a step for more modern or regular towers to spread to the north side allowing a new face to the Houston skyline.

Here are different angles and settings of the building with downtown!

Why would that building be in such a strange location sort of out of the skyline district? Its also inconvenient to get to sort of. But, I like the design.
