Tried to follow what seems to be the standard for naming threads. Let me know if this is ok.

I really like the look of this project. Incorporates some traditional elements with some modern ones. Will fit in nicely.

That King/Allen intersection is going to be awesome in the future!

I wonder how long it takes for a developer to build a new community center for the City of Waterloo if the city would agree to sell them their land on the North West corner of King and Allen?
