Manchester City Hall Plaza Building

The Manchester City Hall Plaza Building already has a drawing: http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=4587 but the information for this building was just corrected form 66m (incorrect) to 83.8m (correct). The existing drawing displays the old incorrect height so it needs to be resized or redone In order to showcase the correct dimensions.
