quite a dramatic ending to the street. I like the design, but wonder what Picasso (artist) has to do with Toronto, aside from marketing gimmick.

Sue me but I think it's brutally ugly!

Funny enough, I think it's quirky design fits in well on both Queen West and Richmond.

Very nice.
Bonus feature; a new proposal for Toronto that's not just another plain glass box!

Not as sharp as the original, but I'm overall pretty content with this design. Teeple architects designs some of the most interesting buildings in the city. And yes, the view terminus on Beverley is going to be sweet. The renderings look promising, but it'll come down to materials and execution.

This project is in pre-sales now. Judging by the other projects in the entertainment district I wouldn't count on it getting underway until at least 2014.

Well, Well I was wrong.

I guess I'm not much of a pessimist, or the Toronto Condo Market is still in Full-Juggernaught mode regardless of the condo doomsayers

Thanks for the update! The website mentions 80% sold. I am assuming it was sold out a long time ago, as websites usually do not update their sales figures. I am not surprised, this is a beautiful looking building in a great area. Can't wait for this one!

What does the latest rendering look like? Is it still the vomit inducing mismatch from the first post of this thread?

Nice to see something interesting go up instead of those forgettable cookie cutter condos we usually get.

Shouldn't the "PROPOSED" be taken out of the title?

When the concrete foundation is poured, it will come out of the thread title...
