Best of all, it's right next door to Hooters, overlooking Hooters rooftop patio!

That's gotta be a selling point: "Delightfully tacky, yet unrefined views."

The future residents of this building probably won't get to enjoy any views of Hooters though. I predict that when this is complete, the Hooters site will be primed for another condo development.

Another nail in the coffin for clubland.

The Shoppers Drug Mart down the street is also being primed for another development that is shaping up to become a monster.

They're moving to King West. Getting way more expensive, way more exclusive, and way more snoby.

The 905'ers will be shut out unless they get super rich or super connected. Some like The Spoke Club are members only, others like Dolce are 25 and 30 up, so no punk kids allowed.
King West is far more flashy, neuveax riche than clubland.

The site for The Bond on Adelaide Street West, if sales go well, this one could start site prep in the spring.

^^^ agree! Every time I look at the Toronto skyscraper diagram page I see new proposals popping up. Hopefully these proposals get built. Even so there is a lot that are under construction at the moment as well. Must be pretty exciting for those living there.
