I've always liked the look of this. From the street it will look like a stack of books. Very nice indeed.

We should bear in mind that townhomes will be fronting onto Bay Street just north of this site so I guess this sort of height and density would be welcome no matter what. I highly dislike this "design" but I really have no right to complain..
