Cool design. Whats the big box on the roof? Is it going to a theatre or something?

Awesome render! How will the real building ever look as good as that render?

I love the crisscrossing on the crown. Not my style of building but very unique and promising.

The rooftop will be an "entertainment oasis" with a swimming pool. The big red box is the mechanical. I like the way it has been integrated into the design. A bold red box that's lit up at night will look pretty good, I think.

They really don't need to do that to sell condos.

It can sell itself with it's great design.

Maybe some desperation for some quick funding to get things off the ground.

this condo is at the point where only the large units in crappy locations (facing another building) remain. (probably around 20 units) This one day sale is no doubt an attempt to get these units sold before construction starts, as it can often take years to sell the remaining 2 or 3 units in a building. (the Ritz Carleton still had units for sale when the building opened, and one king west still has an unsold penthouse unit 7 years after completion)

King and Charlotte don't really go together very well. Charlotte is a feminine name. e.g., the Queen Charlotte Islands (Haida Gwaii)

Didn't you notice on the plane when you started talking, eventually I started reading the vomit bag?
