Building crane on site this am. I doubt they are ready to erect it yet but the component bits and pieces are being unloaded on site. - Woohoo!

As I type this the base of the crane is up in the air and looks ready to be installed.

From the pics, it looks to me the the tower crane will be at its final height right from the get-go. I reckon that the crane will tower slightly above (the ex?) London Life Place next door.

At 5:30 pm Graham Construction was still working at assembling the crane. Both Gardens on Rose and Centre Square had activity at 5:30 pm, likely cashing in on some nice construction weather after all the rain we've had.

Congrats, Regina! Nice to see some of these 'proposed' projects actually starting!! Sure wish Saskatoon could get some condo tower construction happening in our downtown...

When I was driving in to Regina the other weekend, I realized the 'welcome to Queen City sign' is going to have to be changed...the skyline profile basically highlights the Hill Towers...you will need to add a few more towers to that skyline profile!!

Here's a few I got today. My first time posting pics, so I hope they show up! It looks quiet, but there were several workers onsite.
