MONTREAL | Griffix | 20 FLOORS

Part of Griffin town. Boring design.

Yup! Boring. But this version is better than the last one and it will add some highly needed residential and commercial density!

This is going up accross the street from District Griffin Phase I. A no man's land transformed into a bunch of 20 storey buildings on every corner in just a few years...

The level of activity in this sector is stunning. Ok fine, the architecture is shite, but it is a marked improvement over the current stock. Thanks for the update.

I noticed that we did not have a picture of the alternate angle of the building (from west of Peel Street). Here it is:

http://www.griffixcondos.com/

(On a sidenote, I noticed that kijiji page listed rental prices... $1000/month for a 3 1/2 in that location in a new building is not bad at all!)

Old render from west of Peel:

Didn't you notice on the plane when you started talking, eventually I started reading the vomit bag?
