You probably missed the release of their new IPA called Saga. It is very good.

To piggy back on Nordeast Homer's list; there's
Boom Island
Brau Brothers
Flat Earth
Steel Toe
Lucid,
and one of my very favorites, Olvalde. Their Auroch's Horn is as good of an American made Belgian ale as you will find. I highly recommend looking for this one if you are visiting.

I'll have to check 'dem out. I'm planning on a Minnesota roadtrip, seeing as how it's going to be a hot summer.

well, i had to take what i could get being stuck in a hotel in a random suburb. Jameson pairs very nicely with Summit IPA. Or, I had nothing else better to do. You pick.

Surly on tap (Bender or Furious) is the gold standard of Minnesota beer. A lot of bars have it these days too. You can also get it at the Ike's at the airport.

Surly Brewing in the twin cities?

are they by any chance related to Surly Bikes (a bicycle company also based in the twin cities area)?

Yeah, Surly Brewing. Both Surlys are based in the Twin Cities but I don't think they are connected.
