Edmonton Infill Projects

Seeing that Calgary has its own infill projects thread, we may as well have Edmonton's own.

This infill is in the Spruce Avenue neighbourhood.

How to: Infill a dated safeway with a large front parking lot. Very similar to most former safeway lots around the city.

Theres supposed to be a new clinic as well going into the empty lot on the corner of 97 Street and 122 Ave, where the Esso used to be

Regarding the Spruce infill project, won't those brick walls increase the chances of soils getting dried out and eroding, causing grade changes?
