Edison Complex - Raleigh NC

According to emporis.com, there will be two 574 ft. tall twin towers that are BOTH 39 FLOORS (On the diagrams, Edison II is 24 floors when it's supposed to be 39 and Edison I is 38 when it is supposed to be 39). Edison I is supposed to be Edison Northwest Tower and Edison II is supposed to be Edison Southwest Tower, BOTH ARE MIXED USE (office, residential, retail). The project is still proposed.

That is only two of them. This project is 4 different towers. Two 39 story buildings and two 29 story buildings.

Wake Up, thread!

This project has completely gone back to the drawing board.

The southeast/southwest towers have been replaced by a ho-hum 239 unit 6-story apartment complex. Not too exciting.

The northeast corner is going to be a 23 story apartment building by Novare Group called Skyhouse. The northwest corner seems to be planned as a 14 story office building. Architecturally not exciting but hey, it's Raleigh we're talking about here.
