Oak Ridges Moraine, the maximum elevation of the Moraine is somewhere around 340 m.a.s.l. (metres above sea level)
Bay & King in downtown Toronto is around 84 m.a.s.l., so your difference in elevation is roughly 256 metres (840 feet).
So technically, the photo was taken at an elevation of about 320 metres, and FCP (BMO office tower in the picture) is a good 44 metres taller than the Oak Ridges Moraine.
