1908 Carling Ave. [townhouses] | 10.6 m | 4 fl | Proposed

Another urban infill project, this time at 1908 Carling Ave.

The proposal is to demolish an existing single family home and construct two blocks of four-unit, four-storey, townhouses for a total of 8 dwelling units on a private roadway.

Douglas Hardie is at it again... busy guy.

Nice.

That south section of Carling ave between Maitland and Iroquois is going to look pretty different when the various infill projects are finished.

Is that project just a bit west of this one still going forward?
