Beer Store is open until 10 or 11pm in Thunder Bay. LCBO is open until 9 or 9:30. I am not sure why the two of them close so early down south though. This region also has LCBO-licensed private alcohol sellers, as the population is too rural for the standalone Beer Store or LCBO business models to work, so in many communities in NWO, you actually
can get beer (or wine, or whiskey, or whatever) at the gas station.
