PHILADELPHIA | 401 Race Hotel | 13 flrs

Arc Properties has been planning a hotel at 401 Race Street in Philadelphia for several years now. The development hit numerous roadblocks from neighborhood opposition. Finally, it seems as if this project is moving forward due to a complete redesign of the proposed hotel and nixing the plans for a dance club/ night club.
