The building in the 13th photo reminds me of a typical town hall one might find in the low countries.

The building in the 3rd photo
is one of only 3 "Manhattan-style" Co-Op buildings in Buffalo, called '
The Campanile' built by a Canadian architect in "Italian Renaissance Revival" style just before the stock market crash of 1929. It definitely has large units, some with 3 floors I think, approaching (if not exceeding) 3,000 SF.
edit: apparently the largest unit has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms!
Located on Buffalo's "Millionaire's Row", that is Delaware Avenue, it was a building perfectly situated for old money'd Buffalo.

The building in the 13th photo
was the old
Post Office built in 1901 when Buffalo was at its peak for prominence and wealth (8th largest city in the US, hosted the Pan-American Exposition aka World's Fair). The building was restored in the early 1980s and converted into the
city campus for
Erie Community College.
