Could be KC's motto.
Couples pieces of advice....
1. watch your framing
Some of your shots were framed decent but some had serious clipping issues like clipping building corners and chopping people at appendages like the neck and ankles. Never clip people at appendages cause it looks odd.
2. Watch your focus
Some shots were good but a bit out of focus. Could be from you using a aperture that is too large or possibly from camera shake. Watch the in camera meter if you have one. If not the just work on getting a steady hand.
3. keep having fun.
This thread looks like it was fun to make. Real lively part of town. KC looks hot.
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind
I'm definitely no photographer (wouldn't even consider myself a hobbyist or amateur). I'm just having fun with a cheap, older camera I picked up at a garage sale. There don't seem to be any active KC photographers any more, so I'm trying to help fill the void. I didn't realize at the time I was having such issues with the camera shake. As the sun was setting, I had to go longer on the exposures and I guess I pushed it too far.
