Tallest flaresticks in the world

Which is the tallest flarestick in the world? I believe, these are the three flaresticks of Antwerp Fina Refinery requested in http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=206380 , which are 211 metres, 205 metres and 204 metres tall.
