I love Nissen Castle in downtown Winston-Salem's IQ District. It was a freight wagon manufacturer in the days of the horse and buggy. The basement had large furnaces to heat/melt metal. It's condos and the headquarters of Black Horse Studio today. The entire neighborhood is tech companies and residences.

The block streets (above) are original and give it a great historic setting.

^^^^^ always great to see a successful conversion like that.

I've always meant to pay a visit to this art deco nestle factory in London
