Looks great. I need to get out there someday.

Thanks guys. It's been way too long since I've repped the beautiful STL on here.

I was in a hurry when I posted these, and should clarify:
-The last three photos are from Johnson Shut-Ins State Park, ~2 hours south of St. Louis.
-The two photos before those were taken about 20 minutes north of St. Louis, at Cementland, an unfinished project from City Museum mastermind Bob Cassilly, who tragically died at the site in 2011. The guy was a creative genius whose legacy and imprint on STL deserves endless recognition. http://www.atlasobscura.com/places/b...lly-cementland

the amazing thing is that cementland is (partially) within st. louis city limits, and the skyline is that far away.

My thought, exactly. That downtown streetwall looks classy.

I assume you're referring to "The Moolah"?
Constructed as a masonic temple in 1912; now a movie theater (with couches!) & some apartments.
