then we may see down the line something on the scale of phase 1. Thats IF the market is bullish.
The scale of phase 2 is already determined. They just have no plans to commence the development until phase 1 is completed in 2018. It could begin soon after,
or a few years down the line. Remember, phase 1 was on hold for a few years as well.
Phase 2 is also the portion of the development where Related expects to make the most money (it's primarily residential).
