Awesome pics! Madeira is considered part of Europe though, not Africa, right? I thought the Azores were western most part of Europe.

^Madeira is not part of the Azores ( it's about 500km more southern, off the Moroccan coast ) - with the closest landmass being the Canary Islands and Morocco.

They would be so shocked...

I like the brown tower with the labyrinth pattern to its façade on the right anyhow.
That's actually a really cool building IMO. Such a smart design for balconies, brilliant idea.
No comment about other towers.

What is that? It sort of looks like sperm, doesn't it?
Enough to get hundreds of manly lesbians begging for kids pregnant.

I still like the only one original Coke, but it kind of burns my stomach now.
I guess I had way too much already.

^in parts of China as well as Japan it's hard to come by 'Pepsi Max'.. and not being a fan of regular 'Coca Cola', I find 'Coca Cola Plus' to be the closest thing to Pepsi..

The cola itself is normal brown it's just the plastic that the bottle is wrapped with that are white

As for the photo the bottle is just there for scale of the wee critter in the photo..

It was actually quite interesting me and my gf had been hiking through the jungle on Lantau Island before, but that was in late winter - it was green and lush back then too, but turns out that in summer, the place is absolutely overrun with those huge spiders - they were absolutely everywhere, so the reason I had the bottle in hand was actually to create a path through the spiderwebs ( and spiders ) on our hike across the island..

When we finally reached the coast and found a small beach we thought we could relax a bit ( I'm not one to let fear control me, but I do have a tad of arachnophobia, so making my way through a forest of spiders did affect me a tad.. )..
Anyways as soon as we got out of the jungle and onto the small beach and thought we could relax and I could get my heart-rate down a bit, we saw something crawl towards us from the forest, initially I thought it to be a crab, but nope just another spider and this one was following us to the point where I finally had to kick sand in it's face several times to make it leave us alone

And speaking of getting chased on a beach, I was chased by wild dogs on a nearby island... but that is a tale for another day..

Happy halloween folks!

^ I'm learning how to appreciate even those creepy creatures and formidable predators. They're not even actually mean to us, in reality.
They won't bite you. They'll only rest and run on your skin for fun, which is a creepy feeling.

They've got that scary 8-paw thing, which feels worse than 6-legged insects to humans.
Did you notice? People are hardly scared by ants, while they are far more dreadful creatures because they embody the real commie ideal. Namely, a single queen and a whole community of hundreds of thousands of slaves to serve her. That is pretty much the complete opposite of my real country's culture.

Also, spiders have those weird eyes. I forget how many eyes they got (it might depend on particular species or something), but more than we do anyway.
It's true that they are super ugly to us in general, except to people fascinated by them.
And I find them cool after all. They eat many little bugs, more efficiently than any nasty pesticide does.
