The terrain's hard to get through? This means better ground to support the skyscraper.

I was looking at the latest construction Picture (very nice, by the way), and was wondering about the two low-rise buildings in the foreground. Is either the start of CF, or are the just other random buildings? If not CF, where on the site will they rise?

P.S. Can't wait till this baby goes up :carrot: :carrot:

Buildings is not a lowrise One building 106 meters tall (Tower 2000) already built and one more is 86 meters tall (Naberezhnaya Tower C), currently facing...

Yes, very close. Look at lastest shot (15 june). Fence on a right of CF plot separate plot of future Parcel 12 building (300 meters 70 floors). Construction will start in autumn. Near Naberezhnaya Tower to left (in few meters) will be two towers of Capital City (270m 72f and 230m 61f). Construction of Capital City going with seven-league strides. About month every day there appears interesting pictures... Quote of dumper trucks throw down ground to barge...

It is central core of IBC. Big underground and onground mall, parking, underground stations.
