Are the low and highrise of the Zelazna centrum one project and what is their purpose : houses and offices or otherwise ?

dont get me wrong, warsaw has a very nice skyline and all but second best in europe? i think you need to look at some frankfurt and paris skyline pictures, grumpy, because you seem to be 'slightly' out of touch with reality in my opinion

I am only refering to the way how fast this city is changing.
Cities like Frankfurt and Paris do have a great skyline but there is not much happening to add spectacular buildings to their skylines.
Only London is skyrocketing and can be easely compared to the biggest American cities.

I hope I made my point more clear , so my top 5 from European cities with huge buildings U/C :

1. London
2. Warsaw
3. Moscow
4. Barcelona
5. Rotterdam
5.
