^ It's a potentially $30 million hit given that some private backers may back out if the province doesn't kick in cash. Which is a lot considering the entire project cost is $65 million. So we'll basically be going from an architectural showpiece to something that looks like a Bed Bath & Beyond. Better not to do it at all if they can't do it properly...
