Was thinking about this too. With the strange fake-houses daycare and whatever complex they're building on their Balmoral land, 226 Osborne North seemingly finally happening, All Saint's apartment building, and general gentrification of WB happening... you'd think that time might not be too far off.

Honestly I'd be happy if they just developed something small on the land along Granite Way, at least to hide the parking lots behind it. Build a 1-level parking deck if needed.

Does GWL own that little triangle building at Broadway & Colony and the adjacent lot as well?
