Here's the booklet produced when the Canadian Armed Forces Health Services left the National Defence Medical Centre in 2017. This was the national military hospital for several decades, providing care not only to military members but also to the Governor General, diplomats and senior government leaders. The building still stands at 1745 Alta Vista Dr in Ottawa but (aside for a brief stint recently as the military's COVID-19 clinic) no longer provide clinical services.
