^ Only 422,000 SQ FT of office space in Telus Sky, 130,000 (31%) of which is taken up by Telus. I'm actually surprised that there's still 126,000 SQ FT of space left given that this tower was announced 5-6 years ago. But I guess it kind of coincided with the oil crash which doesn't help. I'm sure it will eventually be leased out fully even with the 25% vacancy rates in YYC. If I was a company I'd prefer to be a nice modern building like this.
Telus Sky is in my top 3 favourite towers to go up in Canada in the past 20 years without a doubt. I want to see it in person once it's all lit up and finished.
